Our reference projects

On this page we show you a selection of the projects we have completed. From fire protection in an industrial bakery in North Rhine-Westphalia through brewhouse extensions in Bavarian breweries to deep-freeze logistics at northern German port locations: every project stands for a task we solved together with our client — on schedule, cleanly documented and without compromise on hygiene, fire protection or energy efficiency. These references give you an impression of how we implement technical insulation in practice and of the density of experience we bring from over 40 years. Every card here is a real contract with real requirements: not a marketing showcase, but everyday industrial work from Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania throughout Germany.

The range reflects the variety of our services. Cold insulation at logistics centres and food production sites, thermal insulation on reactors and heat exchangers, certified fire protection enclosures on baking lines and tank installations, sound insulation on CHP units and compressors, plus PUR foaming from our own high-pressure unit, which we have been producing since the 1990s. Behind every project is a well-practised team of WKSB insulators, design mechanics and PUR foaming specialists who record measurements digitally in our own workshop in Malchin and bring CNC-manufactured cladding sheets to the site. Prefabrication in two production halls, including a separate stainless steel hall for V2A/V4A since 2014, secures hygiene and speed in equal measure.

For us, responsibility begins before the contract. We check every project against the AGI work sheets and the EU standard WKSB, calculate insulation thicknesses carefully and advise our clients honestly when a particular solution does not make economic sense. A family company since 1984: three generations of the Swienty family, 20+ permanent employees, our own vehicles and continuous quality assurance. This constancy allows us to work as a partner with large plant engineering companies, regional breweries and industrial food manufacturers alike, and to give projects a reliability in schedule and technology that is not a matter of course in our industry. Adherence to deadlines, transparent communication and documented handover are a standard for us, not a promise.

We welcome every new project, whether it is classic cold insulation in the deep-freeze area, a fire protection upgrade on baking lines or a special task in a niche such as biogas, chemicals or modular construction.
