A project is only as good as its planning. On-site survey: our qualified fitters record every component precisely on site. With the mobile surveying system the data is transferred directly from the site to prefabrication, so that cladding parts, special formed parts and casings can be produced without delay.
Prefabrication & logistics: in our production halls in Malchin we prefabricate the components to the millimetre and deliver them to the site ready for installation. That reduces downtime and interface problems, because sheet metal work and insulation installation come from a single source.
Project support & handover: we are at your side until the handover. We react in real time to changes, document every construction phase cleanly and finally hand over complete project documentation for audits, building acceptance and energy management.

Standards & tools behind our planning
Our planning follows the recognised standards of the industry: the EU standard WKSB, the AGI work sheets for technical insulation and the recommendations of the Fördergemeinschaft Dämmtechnik on “insulation work with in-situ PUR foam”. That gives you certainty in audits, in energy management and in day-to-day operation.
For the insulation thickness calculation we take into account the medium temperature, the required surface temperature, the ambient conditions and the economic target. Lambda values and the thermal conductivity of the insulation materials form the basis. We supply the calculations and data sheets for the project documentation.
Our mobile surveying system transfers data directly from the site to our prefabrication machines in Malchin. Production starts promptly, and changes and material deliveries feed in in real time. During the survey we also document structural details such as connections, manholes, maintenance hatches and penetration seal transitions, so that prefabrication fits precisely.
During the construction phase we accompany your project actively: one fixed contact person coordinates deadlines, answers questions, documents construction phases and hands over complete documentation at the end of the project, ready for building acceptance, audits and your company’s energy management.

Yes. At the end of the project we hand over complete documentation: the survey, the materials used with data sheets, insulation thickness calculations, the construction phases carried out and, for fire protection, test certificates for the penetration seal systems. The package is ready for building acceptance and audits.
