Vessels & tanks: product vessels, buffer tanks, acid vessels and pressure tanks receive complete cladding from us in mineral wool or PUR/PIR rigid foam with a stainless steel jacket. For the food industry we manufacture jackets from V2A or V4A fitted precisely around every nozzle, manhole and connection. The result is hygienically closed surfaces that stay easy to clean during ongoing operation. In workshop prefabrication we work with CNC sheet metal machines: even complex geometries such as cylindroconical tanks or double-jacketed reactors get a cleanly fitting cladding. We supply material certificates and photo documentation with them, so that the plant documentation stays complete and hygiene audits have a clean basis. For pressure tanks with burst protection or double-walled vessels we adapt the jacket and insulation system so that the safety requirements are not impaired. From the first insulation thickness calculation to the final handover, we accompany the project from a single source.
Pipework & distribution systems: prefabricated shells and formed parts for hot water, brine, glycol and process lines. Surveying with a mobile system directly on site or at the skid; prefabrication in Malchin runs in parallel with the plant construction. This lets long pipe runs including bends, tees and fittings be integrated into modular structures without downtime. For outdoor pipework we choose weather-resistant cladding shells in galvanised steel, aluminium or stainless steel, with tight joints and cleanly detailed end closures. A service life of 10 to 15 years without water ingress is the benchmark here. Fire wall penetrations, seals and transitions are also carried out to certified systems, with documentation for approval by authorities and insurers. On modular skids we install the complete runs including the cladding alignment in our works. You receive ready-to-install units whose insulation has already reached its final state before delivery.
Heat exchangers & evaporators: we manufacture precisely fitting hoods, jackets and casings for the respective installation situation. Insulation material, insulation thickness and metal cladding are matched to the medium temperature, the environment and the maintenance requirements. Inspection and cleaning openings as well as connecting nozzles remain accessible.
Complete assembly in the workshop: plant builders who deliver their modules ready for installation hand the module over to us in advance for complete insulation. We insulate vessels, pipework, pumps and fittings directly on the skid, close the cladding and return it ready for installation, including documentation for your in-house quality assurance and for the later final acceptance at the operator’s site. On special projects with short modular construction cycles we agree the order of the components in advance and produce in partial deliveries, so that your final assembly schedule can be met. On request we also accompany commissioning, from the first hot run to the test run, and carry out thermal imaging to check the quality of the insulation. Our installation teams work throughout Germany and, where required, in Denmark, the Netherlands, Belgium and Austria; project communication in English is also possible.
