You will always be talking to people who can assess your enquiry technically: our contacts from management, project management and sales together cover decades of experience in industrial insulation, and they will put you straight through to the right specialist colleague for detailed questions. Even when things have to move fast — during ongoing site work or with urgent technical questions — the direct dial-in numbers make us available at short notice. That way your enquiry never ends up in a queue, but reaches the person it technically belongs to from the very first conversation.
What we need for a first assessment
To give you a reliable answer quickly, a few key facts help: the type of installation (vessel, pipework, module or complete plant), medium temperature and ambient conditions, the preferred cladding material as well as the location and approximate timeframe. A photo or a simple sketch is often enough for the first exchange; precise CAD drawings are not required.
On that basis you receive a clear recommendation from us on insulation material, cladding material and execution, including an economic insulation thickness calculation where required. Site survey, consultation and thermal design are free of charge for you. For larger projects our project and site managers are glad to come for an on-site inspection, throughout Germany as well as in Denmark, the Netherlands, Belgium and Austria. On request we also plan work during ongoing operation right from the start, so that your production does not come to a standstill. This way you know early on what effort is realistic, which deadlines can be met and what costs to expect.

Workshop and offices are located at Mühlentorsiedlung 16-17, 17139 Malchin in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, easy to reach via the B 104 between Rostock and Szczecin as well as the B 194. Parking is available directly at the workshop premises.
Yes, visitors are welcome at any time by appointment. Especially for larger orders a personal visit to the prefabrication shop is worthwhile, to see materials, processing steps and quality standards first-hand.

Yes. For extensions, refurbishments or tight shutdown windows we align the installation with your operating schedule and, on request, work in several construction phases, including in 24/7 production.

The company Isolierung & Verschäumung was founded on 1 January 1984 by Reinhard Swienty. His son Michael took over the business in 2020 and has been successfully continuing the family company ever since.
