What fuel installations need from us
In modular construction the insulation, the metal cladding and the accessibility have to match the design exactly. IVS supports plant builders with prefabrication in our own workshop and installation at the module or on site.
We insulate pipework, vessels, pumps, fittings and units. The insulation material, the metal jacket and the detail solutions are matched to the medium temperature, the environment and the maintenance requirements.
We carry out fire protection work with certified systems; acoustic protection and weather-resistant cladding are planned and documented on a project basis.
Use in modular construction
Tank & pump installations: we insulate pipework, vessels, pumps and fittings with an insulation build-up matched to the medium, the temperature and the installation situation. Fire wall and ceiling penetrations are executed with certified systems. Inspection and maintenance openings remain accessible.
Modular construction & skid prefabrication: modules and skids can be insulated in our workshop or on site. Sheet metal formed parts are produced in our own prefabrication; we agree the survey and the sequence with the plant builder. The work is documented on a project basis.
Outdoor pipework: for weather-exposed lines we combine the appropriate insulation material with robust metal cladding. Bends, tees, fittings and end closures are executed carefully, so that the insulation system stays permanently protected from moisture.
Pumping stations & compressors: for pumps, compressors and other units we manufacture project-specific acoustic and insulation casings. Maintenance access and removable components are taken into account as early as the survey and prefabrication.

Yes. You deliver the skid or module to us and we take on the complete insulation in our workshop in Malchin: thermal insulation, fire protection, acoustic protection and the weather jacket. You get modules back ready for installation.
The schedule and sequence depend on the scope, the design and the data provided. After the survey or a review of the documents we agree prefabrication and installation bindingly with the plant builder.
Yes. We manufacture acoustic enclosures for pumps, units and complete modules, combined with fire protection and a weather jacket. We plan maintenance access in from the start.
The agreed scope of work can be recorded traceably with material details and photo documentation. The extent and form of the records are agreed before the project starts.
