Since 2014 we have been producing stainless steel formed parts in V2A and V4A exclusively in a separate hall: the standard requirement for hygienically certified applications in the food industry.<\/p>\n<p>Based in Malchin in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Rigid polyurethane foam achieves very low thermal transmittance values at a low layer thickness; at the same time its closed-cell structure keeps moisture out of the insulation system.<\/p>\n<p>In practice we work with two processes: <strong>spray foam<\/strong> for complex geometries on open components, and pour foam for closed cavities in vessels and pipework systems.
