A one-man business has become a family company with more than 20 employees, and we keep growing with a steady hand. Those who start at IVS usually stay a long time: a stable order situation, clear structures and a team you can rely on. In our industry we regularly need a range of specialists: WKSB insulators, design mechanics for sheet metal work, PUR foaming specialists, project and site managers, commercial administrators and apprentices. You can see which position is currently advertised below. And do get in touch even if nothing is open at the moment but your qualifications fit. With us you work without unnecessary stress, in well-ordered processes and with security for tomorrow. We know that not everyone brings everything with them from the start. You do not have to be a professional already. If you are willing to work thoroughly and to learn, we will show you how it is done. For the position of PUR foaming specialist, for example, we provide the complete training ourselves.
